{Homemade Waffle Cones}

Prep time: 15 minutos

Cooking itme: 2-3 min

Yield: 8-10 cones


  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g all purpose flour
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 50 ml water
  • Directions

    1. Combine the crème fraîche and sugar. Add flour and vanilla extract, and mix until combined. Finally pour water, and beat until blended. Let the dough sit for a couple of hours
    2. Heat waffle cone maker to desired settings. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into the center of the waffle cone maker and gently press the lid until closed. Cook waffle cones for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. Remove it from the waffle maker and quickly roll hot waffle into a cone shape. Repeat process with remaining batter. Let cones cool; store in an airtight container.
