{Cheese coulant}


  • 160 gr cheese cream.
  • 180 gr flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 gr de butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper


  1. Melt butter in the microwave. Beat eggs, add flour, cheese cream, salt and finally butter. Mix ingredients, bring all together with a whisk. Pour mix into the molds filling 1/2 of each. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven at 180 ºC/375 ºF. Put inside oven about 10-12 minutes, until the top is just done. Be carefull not to overcook. Take out of oven and put in a plate, unmold and serve inmediately.
  3. Note: Coulants can be frozen.
