Brownie in 5 minutes: brownie in a mug

Brownie en 5 minutos

Last week I was given the chance to share a recipe on the radio, thanks to Fernando from I love aceite. This time I wanted to present a recipe anyone at home could prepare, that is why I chose this Nutella caramel brownie cake. It is so easy you will not need molds, kitchen scales, or any cooking experience… The problem? It is too good, and ready in 5 minutes!! Prepare this recipe at your own risk 😛

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons whole fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 caramel candy squares

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, excepting caramel candy squares
  2. Divide batter between two mugs
  3. Press caramel candy squares into the batter

  5. Serve hot or warm preferably, alone, or with a scoop o vanilla ice, whipped cream,…

Note

In this case the term “tablespoon” does not refer to the american metric system. I just used a common soup spoon to measure the quantitites, as shown on the images

Am a vegetarian. Can I make this without the egg? What should I substitute it with?
